Description

This is a five day instructor-led course. Learn to prepare a system for installing SQL Server 2012, including how to install and configure SQL Server instances and work with databases, data files and file groups. You will learn about Recovery Models and Backup/Restore architecture, Security, Auditing, Automation, Performance Monitoring, Tuning and Troubleshooting.

Prerequisites

In addition to their professional experience, students who attend this training should already have the following technical knowledge:
Basic knowledge of the Microsoft Windows operating system and its core functionality.
Working knowledge of Transact-SQL (Course 10774).
Working knowledge of relational databases.
Some experience with database design.
